Another “thumbs-up” in China for the Caleva Multi Lab
Traditional Chinese medicines are generally considered to be difficult to make into micro pellet formulations. A new Caleva Multi Lab has recently been installed in the new University of traditional Chinese medicine on the outskirts of Beijing. Making the initial development on different Caleva equipment and indifferent institution do research work shown above Ms Dangi Li and Ms Xiao nan Chen used the new Caleva multi-lab to quickly run through several iterations using a new formulation technique that they had developed (on a screen extruder) specifically for use with traditional Chinese medicine.
The ability of the Caleva multi lab to run through trials with a high level of efficiency, a small sample size and to do this quickly with a different type of extruder (screw extruder) that is part of the CML system.
Caleva remains thrilled to be chosen again by this forward-looking Chinese customer who came back to us having experienced the equipment and service which Caleva and our Chinese distributor (Goodwill Technology Ltd*) are known.
Several formulation modifications were completed in a single afternoon to confirm the suitability of this apparatus for the continued development of formulations containing traditional Chinese medicines.
