In June 2020, the Laboratory Fluidized Bed (Mixer Granulator)-MiniLab XP of Diosna from Germany was successfully installed and passed the acceptance in China Pharmaceutical R&D Center.

During the week of installation, a large number of application experiments were performed, including: Sample drying after wet granulation, one-step spray granulation, Wurster bottom spray pellet coating, etc.

The spherical pellets and irregular pellets were coated multiple times, and the coating layer on the surface of the sample was very uniform and the effect was good. At the same time, the novel control function of MiniLab XP was demonstrated and verified: digital display and control of adhesive spray pressure and filter bag blowback pressure. All the experimental parameters and formulas of MiniLab XP have realized the full digitization of PLC control, which is convenient for users to easily complete repetitive experiments and consistency verification.

Diosna is the inventor of the world's first hybrid wet granulator, and the world's first designer to realize the replacement of different pots, with multiple patented technologies. It can provide small-scale research and development equipment from the laboratory type to the entire granulation drying line for large-scale production: Wet granulation + granulation + fluidized bed + tablet coating.

The laboratory fluidized bed MiniLab XP has a built-in frequency conversion fan, six built-in filter bags, digital display and control of inlet air flow, inlet air temperature, sample temperature, outlet air temperature, programmable automatic control of the granulation process.

There are choice for tanks: 1 liter, 3 liter, 5 liter, 7 liter; the maximum sample processing capacity reaches 3.25 kg; at the same time, it is suitable for a small number of samples in the laboratory and the R&D experiment of pilot scale-up.
