The innovative Roller Compactor type RCC 100x20 was especially developed to cater for frequent product changes and to work with small quantities of products. That is why the machine is particularly suited to work in the laboratory. With a through put capacity of up to 10 kg/h this machine can also used for small scale production.

This compact machine is mobile and has an integrated control system. Each machine features a new component exchange system. The components such as rolls, rotor or feeding screw are conform to a cantilever design. The machine is therefore fast and easy to clean. The single parts can be removed without use of any tool and after cleaning reassembled within seconds.
