Determination of dietary fiber in foods - national standards GB5009.88-2008

 

Reference AOAC985.29, AOAC991.43, AOAC992.16, worked out with the latest national standard: Determination of dietary fiber content of food in the 2008 edition, the standard has detailed provisions on the use of dietary fiber measurement equipment: a shaking water bath with automatic timing - stop function temperature range: 60C-98C. Italy VELP company in 2009, dietary fiber analyzer CSF6 updated enhanced with this feature; the only analytical equipment complying with the standard, using CSF6 can directly measure: total dietary fiber content of soluble dietary fiber and insoluble dietary fiber content.
