Goodwill (HongKong) Technology Ltd. showcased Germany Bruins near-infrared grain analyzer at the Fruit and Vegetable Functional Foods Conference.

The 4th Development and Industry Conference of Fruit and Vegetable Functional Foods was held in Huadu, Guangzhou from May 12th to 14th, 2023. The conference was organized by the Jinan Fruit Research Institute of China National Supply and Marketing Cooperative Federation, China Fruit and Vegetable Processing Technology Research Center, Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering Light Industry Food College, Xichang College, Key Laboratory of Lingnan Characteristics Green Processing and Intelligent Manufacturing of Agricultural and Rural Department, and Key Laboratory of Lingnan Characteristic Food Science and Technology in Guangdong Province. The conference attracted over 500 experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and media representatives from more than 200 universities, research institutes, leading enterprises, social groups, and other organizations in the food industry across China. The goal of the conference was to merge research and industrial development of fruit and vegetable functional foods, promoting technology innovation and upgrading in China's food industry.
At the conference, Goodwill (Hong Kong) Technology Ltd. showcased the AgriCheck plus near-infrared grain analyzer produced by Germany Bruins, capable of analyzing and measuring not only whole grains but also processed products. The analyzer combines two different measurement methods: sample transmission and sample diffuse reflection. Germany's Bruins is one of a kind in the world of grain and agricultural product analysis, covering almost all samples, from planting various grains to processing all agricultural products after grinding. In addition, Goodwill represents a variety of high-quality equipment including Swedish OPSIS nitrogen determination instrument, fat tester, UK's Labplant spray dryer, Caleva’s extruder spheronizer, AECS’s high-speed countercurrent chromatography, and other food-related devices that attracted many experts and scholars.
