Labplant Spray Dryers

The Labplant Laboratory Scale Spray Dryers are the result of 30 years continuous development in the field of laboratory scale spray drying systems.

Models SD-06A & SS-07A  Are for use specifically with aqueous based solutions only.

Models SD-06AG & SS-07AG can both be used for aqueous and solvent based solutions. 
An inert gas unit is incorporated in to the AG models, allowing a nitrogen blanket to be introduced when spray drying solvent based products.

The SD-06 & SS-07 range of spray dryers have automatic deblocking and are self contained ready for immediate operation.

The SD-Basic is for use with aqueous based solutions only. This model has a manual deblocking system and also requires a compressed air supply.

Labplant Spray Dryer SS-07A / 07AG   

The LabPlant SS-07A & SS-07AG Laboratory Scale Spray Dryers are the result of 30 years of continuous development in the field of laboratory scale spray drying systems.

The unit is self contained and supplied complete and ready for immediate operation. All major components are housed within a stainless steel cabinet and the unit can be used on a bench top or with an optional stainless steel stand.

The SS-07A & SS-07AG only require connection to an AC 220/240V 50/60Hz 23A power supply (Other Power Requirements Available) and provision for exhausting the evaporated moisture to atmosphere or to an existing extraction system.
